NOSY NEWS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE NOSY NEWS PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY USER CONTENT THEREON.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NOSY NEWS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NOSY NEWS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies.
You must be at least 13 years of ageto use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Maryland for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
